People who complain about waiting a whole 15 minutes to check in for surgery are ridiculous..that individual states they had been waiting over an hr yet they go on to show its only been 19 minutes..ridiculous! The staff is phenomenal..my preadmission process went smoothly..the lab people very kind..considering the stress hospital workers have been under in dealing with COVID..not to mention their daily exposure.. each employee I have had the privilege to meet today has had a smile and a comforting word for my upcoming knee r... read more

I got my knee replacement done here recently. The nurses and their nurses assistants were absolute angels. Food and kitchen staff are also first rate. And my Dr., Dr. Uel Hansen, simply the best Orthopedic surgeon around. Truly, a great experience.
Right now I am absolutely furious with the scheduling for my surgery with Dr. Spendlove. The problem is the lack of communication from Amanda. I was told to be here at 7:15am when they knew they didn't have the test results for Covid19 back yet. It wasn't until I had been waiting in the lobby for over an hour that I had to ask her what was going on. Right now it is 7:34am and no word.
You will not find a kinder, gentler group of nurses and doctors. They literally saved my life. Wonderful bed side manner and fantastic listeners. If I were dying again...this would be where I'd ask to go....unless I was unconscious. Then they might take me anywhere?
