I've been a patient for 8 years. The staff at all levels are great and I actually look forward to seeing them all. The quality of work is very high from cleanings to crowns. I highly recommend them.
I am terrified of the dentist and had not been for 15 years. Dr. Trainor and his staff all made my experience much better, He assured me there were options other than to remove all my teeth. I have had many procedures and am now at the end of a long road, Dr Trainor has helped me through this, Him and his staff have never made me feel embarrassed or ashamed . I don't know if I would have gone through this without Dr. Trainor. this is a great office if you are afraid of the dentist.
I've known Dr. Trainor and his staff for over 10 years. After I moved out of MA to NH, I tried different dental offices and none really made me feel as comfortable as Dr. Trainor's dental office. Guess what? I've decided to go back to his office. Everyone including dental hygienist there ALWAYS welcome you with a great smile. They are courteous, friendly and informative. Dr. Trainor recommended that I come back for a consult after my first appointment at the practice. It was not news to me that I was a candidate for multiple procedures but what set this dentist and his associates apart from the rest was that he explained to me that he would like to meet after hours with his team to discuss my case and then sit down with me at a seperate time to talk about next steps... What I want to do, what they recommend and also what is right for my budget.
Great customer service, polite and attentive staff, Drs. are great, I feel I'm given the right oral health care and advice. Excellent hygienist Jen, I don't feel any discomfort or pain when she cleans my teeth. My mouth feels so clean and fresh after my hygiene visit.
I'm a very nervous dentist patient, That was there main concern, making sure I felt comfortable enough to help with my dental health! I look forward to further visits, knowing I will be getting great care!

So impressed with the entire group of caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and exceptional people. My daughter and I are new patients and had the best experience that I've every had in my 50 years. State of the art equipment, and techniques, and cleanliness of office and equipment. Dr. Trainor is a wonderful person, she is overall the best dentist that I have ever seen. Returning today for a filling for my daughter, I am so confident in this practice that I would encourage you to make an appt.
