Second visit excellent
My visit went well but the wait time was a little lengthy.
Dr. Jordan was very informative in answering all my questions and concerns about my upcoming surgery. He did not seem rushed or impatient with my many questions.
My visit allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief after knowing no knee issues are present. The entire organization handled the visit with utmost professionalism and care. One can't ask for a better experience.
Dr. Jordan listened patiently to my problems and gave me a action plan. I was pleased with his knowledge, concern and kindness. I left feeling optimistic instead of anxious.
Dr Jordan and his team are Wonderful!! All of them are very approachable and answered my questions kindly. I appreciate them very much.
Dr. Jordan very comforting, knowledgeable, and mainly,…listened to my concerns.
Dr. Jordan has a good bedside manner, he listens to you and responds to help you understand your joint situation and options. He does not push unnecessary surgery and lets you choose less invasive procedures, depending on your pain tolerance and life impact.
