He may be an okay doctor, but his office staff doesn't know how to do anything. They can't make a referral or send in a prescription to save their lives. You can't ask a question between appointments; you have to come in person. It may be partially the fault of Optimum healthcare.

Exactly what we were looking for
I used to see Dr. Nardella when he was in Grove City, Ohio. He is very knowledgeable and believes in homeopathic remedies. Highly recommended!!
The absolute best. I saw him from 1996-2000. I would have still be seeing him had he not moved to Florida and we eventually moved to Oregon. He is he most knowledgable, patient doctor I have yet to meet. He did home visits, if you can imagine that. He is extremely caring. Around Christmas time, it was not unusual to see his walls literally covered in Christmas cookie Tins that were given to him by his patients. Which says a lot of his kindness, level of care and support to his patients.
