I left feeling listened to and with answers to all my questions. He had told me that I would know when it was time to schedule my knee surgery, and I was there to say, "It's time!" He affirmed right away, and talked to me about some things to expect after the surgery. Then he sent his scheduler in to set it all in motion. Great visit, given that the surgery has to happen!
Very thorough
Dr Jordan gave me an injection in my left knee. By the time I arrived home my pain was gone. Played golf the next day, no problems. I was glad to not rush into surgery, if the injections keep working I am very happy with the results. The doctor was very informative with what was going on with both knees. I would recomend him to all my family and friends. My knee feels as good as it did a few years ago. Thanks for helping me. Richard Gwaltney.
Dr. Jordan was very personable and listened to my concerns about my knee, and very informative about my diagnoses as well as my options.
Initial wait time was about 20 minutes. Had x-rays. Only a 5 minute wait time afterward before I was taken to an exam room. I only had to wait for approximately 5 minutes before I met Dr. Jordan, who greeted me cordially. I was shown the results of my x-rays then we conferred about my plan to proceed with knee replacement surgery. Very good visit. X rays and review of my hip replace. All good..
Partial knee replacement
Dr. Jordan came across as extremely cocky and arrogant. He never introduced himself or asked for my name. He walked into the examining room and asked, "Why are you here?" when I was refered to him by my primary care physician. When I tried to explain my pain, he just cut me off and insisted that he could not help me and that I was sent to the wrong doctor. I felt he should have called my doctor or asked for me to call my doctor to get me to the correct doctor. I thought he was rude and exhibited bad bedside manners. I wish I... read more
Dr. Jordan has taken care of me, my family and many friends over the years. Besides being a fantastic doctor, he is an amazing person. He takes the time to talk to you and explain everything. I would trust him with my life.
