I’ve used the service department 4 times. 2 times it took a couple hours for an oil change. The final straw was them refusing to honor a mopar warranty because it didn’t pay enough. I’ll never be back there.
Great friendly real staff, took care of us when my son and I were traveling to Marietta from Garner NC and broke down on I20. They had a new water pump, and belt in my Diesel in less than 2 hours.
