Louie went above & beyond for me. I reached out to the dealership a few months ago, when I started thinking about purchasing my dream car, a Jeep Wrangler. Since the dealership is quite a ways away, Louie & his staff made videos so that I could see what my choices were. His finance department got better financing options than others dealers.
