Service Department "Randy Goss" treated me and my old Ford Expedition with ELITE, TOP NOTCH customer service. My truck has nearly 300k miles on it and having check engine light on, I was weary of just anyone working on it. I scheduled an appointment ONLINE at approximately 7:00pm on a Thursday evening and within 30 minutes, Randy (service manager) personally called me to discuss my issue.
