My husband bought a Ram truck from Louie Heron. We had the best experience ever with buying a new vehicle. That experience was so good that I will be back next year when I get a new vehicle. The customer service and sales personnel our all about the customer.
Dropped in for an oil change Saturday morning and they got me right in. Also took care of a minor recall that I wasn't even aware of. The best part was the oil change was free. We bought our Jeep from another dealer and never heard about the first 4 free oil changes. Needless to say we will be back for more service and our next Jeep!
My husband and I purchased a used truck a couple of weeks ago and I can say it was the most pleasant experience ever! Everything was simple and quick. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and our 2012 F250 Super Duty! Thanks so much!
I will not go into any long drawn out details but It has definitely not been the best experience after purchasing a vehicle from the Madison dealership.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!! I did most over email so my time would not be wasted (daughter was trying to get one in her name). .well it was a waste of time. Manager was rude and would not tell me his name or his managers name. I would not let my worst enemy buy from there...by the way, I spoke to someone and they said it was probably Clayton that was being rude. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
