Has to be one of the worst electrical utilities company in Tennessee. Power blinks and surges on a regular basis. Why?!? We have lost a washer, a refrigerator, 2 ceiling fans, and 2 surge suppressors in the last 6 months. This is really getting ridiculous!! Have they considered selling to another company that can operate efficiently and keep the power from blinking and surging on a regular basis?
Idk what in the crap they are doing. Our power goes out almost everyday. We live on Watkins road. It’s tripped and blown fuses in our breaker from rapidly flicking on and off, it’s tore up the heating unit in the house. Get your shit together.
Terrible customer service, very rude on the phone and can’t resolve any issues with billing just give excuses. I am very disappointed in how these people run a business and treat their customers. I was told i’d receive a call back for an issue after the weekend and it never came. They only want to avoid conflict. Charged my account multiple times for the same services and didn’t even resolve that, I had to call in to complain and try to get my money back.
