I attended a really cool musical event at this venue - a Motown/R&B variety show performed by Dre Hilton. Very small venue with lots of potential, but they didn't run the AC, making it terribly uncomfortable. Dre's performance was A+ and worthy of 5 stars, but the miserable temperature inside the theatre unfortunately brings my rating to 3 stars.
