Very Polite I was very appreciative of MD's approach to the car buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. Very polite and personable. He answered all my questions.
Great dealership Brought in my 2012 Buick lacrosse with a dead battery. The battery was jumped by Roadside Assistance and I drove to my dealership. They replaced the battery and replaced something that was part of a recall In addition they filled the tires and washed my car. All of this in a short period of time. I was very glad they were able to complete all of these things in such a timely fashion as I had a Christmas party to attend! Wow! incredible I am 100% satisfied, I would give Dean P. and the service dept a 10.
I was happy with everyone I was very happy with Kenny G, Renee who assisted, as well as the managers Marc and Kent.
Thanks to everyone at LB I would like to thank everyone at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet for helping me find and select my new car. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful.
Outstanding! As always, Mike was his friendly and efficient self during yesterday's visit to Bachrodt. Not only did he take care of a vibration problem, but he noticed that my vehicle had a slow starting problem and corrected it. Mike's rating in my book is "outstanding".
Great service! HANDS DOWN Your service as always was outstanding!!
Quick service and helpful staff. Bought my first car at Lou and ended up getting a pretty good deal at the time. Oil changes and service are usually quick to complete and they also have a shuttle service if you need it, which is a great plus. Never had a problem there.
