Very Polite I was very appreciative of MD's approach to the car buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. Very polite and personable. He answered all my questions.
Wow I purchased a 2013 Traverse 2LT. My sales person was Kenny G. He was very helpful, professional, and did what was necessary to close a sale.
Awesome deal! Sam was the best! Buying a car at Lou Bachrodt was a great experience.
Thanks! I would like to say that my experience was definitely outstanding. Jeremy as usual very efficient and took the time to explain everything to me. You are indeed very fortunate to have him on your staff. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
Great dealership Brought in my 2012 Buick lacrosse with a dead battery. The battery was jumped by Roadside Assistance and I drove to my dealership. They replaced the battery and replaced something that was part of a recall In addition they filled the tires and washed my car. All of this in a short period of time. I was very glad they were able to complete all of these things in such a timely fashion as I had a Christmas party to attend! Nick is the best! You guys are the best. Nick took really good care of us. He is the best salesman there and I am glad that we negotiated with him. I have the feeling that he fought to his limits to get us the best deal. Thanks again!
Always a pleasure I am completely satisfied with my experience with the service department at Lou Bachrodt on in Coconut Creek, FL It is always a pleasure to deal with all the members in the service department as well as the sales department, that is why I purchase my cars there.

The entire staff was fabulous and even went the extra mile to get me a very special finance rate. After reading someof the reviews, I had some concerns but the proof was in the pudding. I really think that people who are unhappy for whatever the reason are much more likley to publish scathing reviews and happy customers like me usually do... read more
