Greg is very nice. Even though there are many other places I could take my vehicle to be serviced, I continue coming to your dealership because of the personal relationship I have developed with Greg over the years.
Great dealership Brought in my 2012 Buick lacrosse with a dead battery. The battery was jumped by Roadside Assistance and I drove to my dealership. They replaced the battery and replaced something that was part of a recall In addition they filled the tires and washed my car. All of this in a short period of time. I was very glad they were able to complete all of these things in such a timely fashion as I had a Christmas party to attend! He verified what my appointment was for and I asked him to check into a few things while I waited such as tire prices and a price for a part that I needed.
