Horrible management team, very rude on the phone. Jessica- RUDE Veronica- less rude and handled the complaint like a manager should. Common areas are no cleaned well, even during Covid, trashes were always over flowing, trash throughout the parking lots and common walking areas.Management doesn’t take complaints seriously, elevator was filthy, and works part of the time.

These people are an absolute disgrace. Do not waste your time with lotus Village. They are slippery people to deal with. Assistant Manager is completely incompetent. Repairs take far to long. So if you like having hole in your appartment for 6 months with foul smells coming through from AC then you'll love it. People like to shot of rounds from guns at night time. Such beautiful apartments! Go in and ask for Emily! She greeted me with a warming welcome, made me feel at home already and answered all the questions I had. She is very attentive I know moving in I’ll be well taken care of. 5 stars ! I’ll definitely be recommending lotus village apartments to my friends and family.
