I had such a wonderful experience at Lotus! Brooke Mizell was absolutely fantastic—she took the time to really listen to me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I have only had one appointment so far, but for the first time in a long time, I felt like my provider Shelby was listening to me, believed me despite "normal" labs, and cared about me. Looking forward to continued care with them and their team.
The staff here really care about your health and want to help women not feel alone in their questions, concerns and journey. I am so relieved to have actual answers instead of the usual "it's normal for your age", "lose some weight", "exercise", "eat better" or whatever BS doctors typically come up with. I feel seen, heard and valued. Jessie is always listening and ready to help. Even if they seem like embarrassing questions or information, she doesn't make you feel ridiculous.
