When I first walked in, I felt the place was very nice, comfortable, it did not feel sterile. The staff was very professional. The exam room was also non sterile appearing. It was set up & decorated like a small nook you would find in your own home. The exam table was off to the side and not the central focus of the room. I saw the NP, Shelby. We communicated very openly and used plain language. She made me feel comfortable to say what I needed. There was no embarrassment. I found that refreshing. She listened and delivered.... read more
