The staff here are extremely helpful. The place is clean and the quality of service Mandy provides is exceptional. Mandy did my Daith for me, the day of the appointment was absolutely fantastic. I was a first timer and she made sure I was perfectly comfortable. I have been back 3 times now to have my piercings checked and to order custom jewelry.

The inside is very well decorated. Rude to people who don’t have an appointment even when they are paying customers. I thought someone was just having a rough day the first time I went in but then the second and third time were just as unpleasant. They messed up in a piercing I’ve had for over 2 years it was causing so much pain I had to take it out. They refused to take 10 seconds to put it back in for me unless I had an appointment and said if it closed up I have to pay to have it redone. I wouldn’t suggest going here if y... read more
