Wonderful Day Hike Park. 2000 ft of relief hiking trails. Flowing water, hardwood forest with rocking face cliffs. Get there early. They close the park when the parking is full (before 11am on weekends).
Backpacking trip, decided to hoof it to Primitive G... Good choice if you like remote...be ready to walk...up hill..... Once there you will.find shade and lots if places to hang your hammock.. Relax and enjoy...if you want a hike head up to Primitive H...

We absolutely loved it. It was perfect weather and everyone there was so friendly. I'm not in the best shape but I was so proud of myself, accomplished the East Trail, the warning sign were no joke on the steep and rugged trail. I made it up and with my second wind made it back down. Took my kids and grandkids and we all enjoyed a great family day.
