Charlie WIse was exactly what we needed as nervous, picky first time home buyers. My husband and I knew exactly what we wanted and Charlie delivered listings to us that were within our budget and had exactly the features we needed. He showed us properties on holiday weekends, did our final walk-through on the 4th of July and handled my nervous meltdown impeccably! Hats off to you Charlie, you got us into our home with as little stress as possible and were there for us every step of the way!
Charlie Wise was by far the rudest laziest realtor I have ever dealt with. While I was at the home he had listed my realtor called to ask questions, and Charles Wise was aggressively rude and agitated. That someone called on his over 220 day old listing. My realtor tried to ask what the back story. After brief conversation they hung up we submitted a offer at 91% of loading price with 48 hour time line. He replied 52 hours later.
