Very dishonest people! Will promise one thing and then say they never said that. Rental property was filthy, wasn't cleaned as promised before move in. Owner stated, " broom clean" is all that's required.

*******. I’m sorry that you’re not happy. You knew prior to getting the keys that it hadn’t been cleaned but you still needed the keys to move in right away. Sent a cleaner to the house and they left because you were yelling at them and slamming doors. Sent another cleaner over and you liked her and offered to buy her food and drinks. We the occupants of our property were put in place by the owners to help facilitate the sale of the property, as the owners live out of state and are elderly. The Real Estate Agent for Lost Dutchman Realty, Linda C*****, is outright lazy and does not conduct her business in a professional manner for reasons as listed: 1.
