Los Tres Amigos has the flakest shells in their Joe Morales Tacos, they have Morales special 3 tacos, beans and rice daily. My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. Tamales, salsa, white cheese dip good too. Service was good everytime I have been there. Gave family private room for SIU graduation lunch.
The food was great. Hadn't had a decent chile relleno since I lived in California, but decided to give it a try. It was excellent. Piping hot and oozing cheese. The service was excellent and personable. Huge menu with a broad price range so there is something for everyone.
