I first came to Dr. Melanie and her team with 2 "hot mess" senior pups that I had just adopted. 3+ hours later we had them started on a healthy new life, and now they are doing great. That was 3 years ago and they have had ups and downs but the LRAH team is always there with kindness and humor to help us work through the senior issues. 🥰

I take my cats to Los Robles for routine care and they do a great job. I recommend Dr. Melanie Donofro to everyone. On Wednesday, I had an emergency regarding two of my more exotic animals and we were seen promptly. They were helpful and kind, but didn't know a lot about the species (sugar gliders). They quickly referred us to a vet with more sugar glider experience, who told us that the team at Los Robles was doing everything correctly. Dr. Donofro and the Los Robles staff have become like family. They came into our lives when one of our dachshunds lost use of her back legs due to IVDD. Thanks to them, our girl has a great quality of life and has slowly been healing. We have been going to them for over a year now and will always trust them with her care. They truly care about their patients and will do everything in their power to make sure your fur child receives the best care possible.
