This is the place for me! No ER ever again if I can avoid it. The staff from the front desk to the very back were awesome, very professional & compassionate at the same time........Wait time less than 15 minutes. Nurse kept coming in to ck on me. I could also hear them checking on other patients. None of us were left in rooms and forgotten. They put in orders for me to see the correct Dr. And since being a "New" (not with Sutter or PAMF) patient in this area. I recieved a call with an appointment the very next morning. I would choose this place over the ER any day! Staff helpful, doctor was on point and respectful, and the office was so much more welcoming than any ER has ever been! I was surprised at how many other things that this office provides. I would definitely go back...
I would sit in a hospital ER for 4 hours before going back here. My doctor was the rudest, most disrespectful, arrogant and mean doc I have ever met. He didn't listen to me, continually interrupted me and refused to give me cough medicine to relieve my pain and suffering. He diagnosed me with pnuemonia and gave me steroids, antibiotics and albuterol.
