I got super frustrated with your staff telling me which way to go I couldn't find the concerts i got confused and didn't know where to go while getting a wristband for the BET Experience please do better

Very busy area, West to South hall is little far...But overall one of the best convention center of the world.
5 out of 5 stars for this place, let me tell ya! Have you ever had those moments in life where you feel like it's too good to be true? Well that's what this conference center is like! I'm here for the E3 Press Conference and I can tell you that this place was a site to see. The feeling I got from seeing this convention center was like when Tom Hanks found out how to make fire in the Castaway! I was ranting and raving with happiness! Plus they're right across the street from Hooters. So honestly a 6 out of 5.
Nice and clean. Comfortable temperature. Good presentations and friendly staff.
Horrible. They charged way to much money to have to wait in lines of 1.5 - 4 hours per game. If they sold just a one day $50 pass to see all the stages, cool. But $250 for 3 days of lines is a gross rip off.
