1st day waited in line for 4 hours to get our badges. It was pretty hot. After we go in it was a bit confusing for us, 1st timers at Anime Expo. Hardly got to see anything, my daughter was a bit disappointed. 2nd day, a lot less disappointments! Many things to see & experience! Pretty expensive but that's the price of authenticity. The convention was clean & well air conditioned...too bad there was a bunch of smelly people in there sweat & wet towel smell made me feel ill Not the conventions fault.

3 to 6 hours in line just for a badge? Another hour to get through 2 doors? None of your event staff had any clue where the line actually was to enter. NO BATHROOMS AVAILABLE while in line. Worst experience getting into an event in my life.

Horrible Administration for Anime Expo. Signs are not visible to tell people where to go. Street vendors had crosswalks blocked. They need to learn a few things from San Diego about how to run a convention like this.

What A disgrace!!! The LA convention center should get sued for overbooking the anime Expo and putting all these kids health in jeopardy. Five hours of not being able to eat or use the bathroom. Not to mention standing in the heat and surrounded by the homeless. They SUCK!!!

A little lacking in signs being pushed around in a wheelchair we found it hard to locate places and some staff needed more information as to where stuff is. Biggest disappointment was Artist Alley... look more like a small dealers room than Artist Room too many "prints" Didn't see a lot of original work

Took my daughter and 5 friends from San Diego to the Anime Expo 2017 and it was a disaster, very poor organization, 5 hours in line to pick up badges, really?? Once they got inside they were tired and probably asking themselves if it was really worth it... I believe it was a 1st and last unless they came up with a better idea like mailing out badges even if they charge for the service??
