I always love my visits with Dr. Gonzalez. He always makes sure to ask questions on if there are any changes to my dental health since my last visit and he always makes to address of my concerns.
Alex, Aki, Felipe and Dr. Hansen were an are always so pleasant to see when I go. They always greet me and are all so helpful
I did not feel that I had received a complete initial exam. There were no x-rays, no offer of x-rays for an additional fee, no offer to get x-rays from a previous dentist. There was no examination for gum/tooth "pockets" (probe between tooth and gum; measure depth of probe). On the positive side, the cleaning seemed complete, and much faster than my previous experiences. My options were explained to me clearly.
I don't know how I can show my appreciation to Dr. Ardy, who came on Sunday to his office to fix a problem with my teeth.

this isn't fair to rate my past visit when my issue is not with those that were in the office but the one who is supposed to be my dentist. I am in pain, I've taken way too many antibiotics and I am on them again now. Not sure why I'm spending this much money just to take antibiotics. I've had a hole in my bridge for a year and it has not been taken care of, now its infected. This is ridiculas. I am very unhappy and disappointed.

The Dental assistant was more than friendly and it turns out we were born in the same town and even attended the same school! It was really nice to be reminded of my home
