Love the grounds & pool and our suite was wonderful and very clean. Had a kitchen with refrigerator & all the basic necessities... wine glasses, dishes etc... private veranda seating. Bed, towels & linen, comforter very clean & crisp & perfectly weighted. Great nights sleep.� Would definitely return here!
Beautiful on the outside and of course being next to Tlaquepaque helps. We rented a two bedroom suite and the 'kitchen' is a compact motel size with older than the moon appliances. The couch is rock hard to sit on and does not accommodate 4 people. It's very clean but smells like smoke inside. Furniture hasn't been updated in eons! Truly a 3 star is a generous rating. I was very surprised by the value for money - stayed here July 2nd through the 11th - Yoga, Zumba, free parking, jacuzzi, several hectares of endless amusements around the creek ... and multiple discounts were included. The one bedroom was awesome - It felt like home. The staff was more than kind and professional. What a blessing. This is an awesome resort I will recommend to anyone including families!
Stayed here for fourth of July. When we got to our room, Our room was filthy dirty. The floors were dirty, there were hair balls on the floor and in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty, there were dead bugs and spiders on the floor. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they will be sending housekeeper. I called back to ask them for a cleaner room with carpet since i have two toddlers and one with special needs but they would not accommodate us. My husband and I just got back from AZ and I have to say, we both LOVED our stay at Los Abrigados! Quiet, clean, and everything you want to do or see within walking distance. When we win the lottery, we will be back and never leave, ��
