RecommendedThe location of Los Abrigados is spectacular. You can walk down along the creek, play tennis or miniature golf, swim or shop at Talaquepaque right next door. The suites are clean, reasonably comfortable and spacious but not as nice as most Diamond resort properties. the partial kitchens are meagerly stocked with dishes and utensils. There are many restaurants in walking distance so that isn't a problem for those who don't prefer to cook.
This resort needs a major overhaul. It's outdated, run down and poorly maintained. Everything from broken furniture, broken floor tiles, chipped counter tops, carpet coming up at the bathroom threshold, dirty towel behind the door, crushed cracker crumbs on the floors, stained bed skirt, missing furniture knobs, etc.
RecommendedBeautiful, nicely placed resort. They have activities galore on the property and aee nicely positioned in Sedona.
Room is a dump with a capitol UMP!!! Stay away from room 309, it’s a wing of the hotel that time has forgotten... Edit: And if it couldn’t get worse, the staff at check out really just had no clue. Based on the questions and seeming confusion and willingness to argue on what could be wrong from both Marcos and the night staff I would guess this happens frequently. RecommendedBeautiful property and convenient to everything in Sedona. The one bedroom unit we had was a bit dated, however. Needs a little TLC. The only real complaint we had was the Concierge failed to inform us that our winery tour did not include tastings. They were extra.
