I booked this through hotels.com they offer no recourse.. the room was handicapped room.. and we didnt need those accommodations.. we couldn't stand up in the shower.. as it only had a shower chair.. the sink was almost falling apart. my confirmation assured me a balcony.. there was no balcony. I felt like we were thrown in the last worn out room they had. They offered a refund of the resort fee but could do nothing since we booked on hotels.com which was a huge mistake since they did not offer anything.. we will dispute fur... read more

It was so nice! Very affordable and gorgeous view of the Mountains and our balcony overlooked the pool too! It was very clean & had everything we needed! Too bad we only slept there and left in the morning! We will be back!
Nice place to relax and enjoy some peace time.
Gorgeous wedding venue but I'm not impressed with their customer service. I prefer Sedona Springs Resort for lodging.
Great location, close to just about everything.
