We've stayed here many times. It's been upgraded and is in much better shape than the past. We usually enjoy our stay here very much.
I will never stay here again. Rude staff, poor cleaning, communication, and parking. The grounds are the only thing this resort has going for it. The sofa bed was disgusting, our shower door was not able to close. No one came to clean or even give us clean towels. Waited 3 hours for coffee. Never again.
I think I'm in Heaven!!! It is so beautiful and the hotel is very accommodating. Very warmth and Welcoming.
I give Los Abrigados a ZERO rating! extremely disappointed! when I booked the room I asked for two beds and a room on the bottom floor . . . the time share is under my ex husbands name and EVERY time I call (even though my name is listed as well) I get treated like a second hand citizen. Unfortunately due to my son's illness I was unable to say at the resort and had my sister in law stay . . . when I called to let them know I asked if she could still get double beds and ground floor room . . . If you want to get ripped off, buy a timeshare there!
I love the grounds, service is not so good, but it has great potential to be a 5star resort. It took two days and 4 calls to get wash cloths, dish cloths and dishwasher soap! It should have already been there.
This is the first time we have visited our time share here. It is fantastic. Our studio apt is wonderful, clean and just right for my wife and I. We love it.
