I love this resort and spa. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and they recently remodeled many of the units. I love the pool and the restaurants. I also take yoga classes at their fitness facility and love the instructors. The spa is close to galleries and there are nice walks around the properties near the creek. Tennis courts and a walking labyrinth is also a lovely way to spend your spare time.
I was not impressed. We booked several months ago for a birthday weekend. We got a studio with a double bed. The place has not been upgraded in awhile. Everything closed at 9pm. Will stay at a bed & breakfast next time, where the customer service is better.
Awful. They refused to give a room that they verified existed via phone and website. Manager was abrasive and not helpful. Offered us to purchase a room at twice the price or to bring a cot. Terrible. The room smelled and was "upgraded." What a joke. Diamond Resorts should be cringing at this property.
I'm here as I write this and let's just say I'm disappointed we came here before n had a blast n this time they didn't give us the room we asked for n then they didn't have the room we wanted and had reserved now we r trying to figure out about staying at another resort ,,, smh ,,, the place is nice but service sucks
Clean, well appropriated 2 bedroom suite. Overlooked a little courtyard that was so peaceful to drink your morning coffee at. Drawback is the refrigerator - did not get the bottled water chilled even on Maximum for the night.
