I am surprised they rent out the room we got. It is the upper floor of the original house from days before the resort was built. However this must have been a maids room or something. To get there you walk past the old homes, down the ally, then up a rusty old wobbly spiral staircase to a room so small and poorly equipped it's a joke. Best place to stay, so much to do and the staff was excellent.
Poorly run since Diamond took over. Because we are RCI exchange we were put in a room over looking the kiddie pool With the food deliveries and garbage in front of the building. Very smelly. The Spoke and Wheel restaurant was very good. Pool was not relaxing as many parents brought their loud kiddies there instead of the kiddie pool. "Security" let the young thonged girls drink without ID's. We did the sale presentation and were so embarrassed by Robert. Took my dogs down by the creek and a "rent a cop" made us leave. Total joke! So many better resorts. Sedona Golf and Summit are far better!
I come here several times a year. I love this place. It has been a great family vacation place. I've brought friends and family and we've always had great times.
I'm surprised at the reviews I thought it was nice and didn't have issues except the people running around upstairs but I can't blame management for the that..the price was great also!Oh and the Zumba class was really fun!
We've been owners at Los for over 10 years, and it used to be amazing. Since Diamond took over, they can't get anything together. They either blame ILX or the GUESTS for their mistakes. Most of the bathrooms in the two bedroom have mold in them, including the Winner's Circle suites. There is a bunch of staff in the lobby just standing around and the staff at the front desk weren't available to help other guests. Not to mention the owner's presentations are a JOKE. This timeshare is more of a hassle than a vacation.
Everyone who put one star is an idiot. It's beautiful and the staff is amazing
