I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. Kirby and the entire leasing office are unprofessional; the building was falling apart, and I felt unsafe there because of the lack of security and the broken locks on the building doors. The leasing office is unprofessional, unresponsive, and some of the worst people you will meet once you become a resident. The front desk staff and corporate are just as bad, if not worse. my experience here moved in August 1st it's now August 21 I have no hot water in my tub or shower as a New Resident you'll think they'll make me a priority but that's not the case I'm tired of getting the run away they're not even available every time I go to the office I thought I'll be making a new beginning here. I pay for water too come on you'll have to do better I'm not here to make friends with nobody kissing nobody ass to do their job either I'll reach out to corporate to help me with this issue
One of the only affordable housing options in the area & unfortunately you get what you pay for. It has gone way downhill since Kettler bought the property. I understand the rotating leasing office staff are not personally responsible for the building management failures, but that does not excuse their dismissive & deceptive treatment of residents. "I've lived at Loree Grand for four years, and since Kirby our newest Property Manager with KETTLER team took over, I've seen the most positive changes. From the upgraded lighting and new flooring to the rooftop renovations, it's clear they care about improving the property. So I actually went in for two reasons, I was touring the property but also stopped by to see my friend who already lives there, so I kinda got to see both sides of it lol. Mr. Kirby showed me around and honestly she was so easy to talk to, answered all my random questions, didn't rush me or try to push anything on me which I really appreciated.
