I would not recommend anyone to this Dr. I am a patient that suffers from extreme depression and anxiety. I lost my job due to cutbacks and have no insurance. I take care of my 2 and 4 year olds. Dr pound has refused to call in my depression medication unless I come in though there is no change in my health. I cannot afford to go so I have been throwing up and crying for hours on end the last 2 days due to withdrawals from my medication. She is a heartless, money hungry individual.
I just do not think she cares about my sister. She in her early eighties and has visited doctors all her life. She keeps her waiting for a long period of time and then doesn’t spend any time listening. She is looking for a new doctor. Older people (men and women) deserve some dignity and respect. I am very disappointed in her treatment of my sister. This is sad.
If I could fine aGP near me I would change dr. I can't stand her. She doesn't listen to you went in for a Pap test never happened she was too busy going on about my blood pressure I told her I would go to my heart dr then she got mad sent me on my way go figure.
Staff is rude, wait time is awful, Dr. Pound is also rude with dry personality. She also talks bad about her patients to other doctors she's referred you too. She was on speaker phone the day the doctor she referred me too called her. That doctor quickly hung the phone up and looked at me with a "what the hell is her problem" look. DO NOT GO.
