Went in for a painful medical issue. Prior to getting going into the office, I was given instructions due to COVID and had no difficulty at all. My experience with both the staff and the doctor was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and courteous in reference to my questions. Overall excellent experience ????
I have been seeing Dr. Lopez for a few years. He and his staff are courteous, professional, and helpful. When I was no longer able to take pain pills, he was helpful in suggesting other options to control my pain level. I would recommend to family and friends.
Beyond terrible office staff...they don't need your business, beyond rude, and they say they keep a note in files on what they call "problem, mis-behaving" patients. I only was only there 3 times and had a disagreement with staff over timeliness of co-pay of $25. I did not want to do transaction over phone and it was not convenient for me to actually go down to office and pay in person. I saw Dr. Lopez for the first time since moving here from Houston. My previous pain management Dr's in Houston were excellent, so I was hesitant about the level of care and professionalism I would experience here in Corpus.
