I am furious with the way my mother was treated. She is in excruciating pain and has been unable to get a prescription refill. 2 weeks ago, Walmart submitted a request for a refill and my mother has been calling for the last WEEK trying to get it renewed. She has spoken to the front desk multiple times, each time they gave her an excuse and put it off. The last visit I had was with the nurse practitioner and she was very nice and polite. Dr. Lopez is very professional and answers any questions I have and they try to make sure I am comfortable with my treatment.
Staff is always friendly and very professional. Dr Lopez is amazing and very caring. Would definitely recommend.
I have been with dr. Lopez since 2007. My name Irma campos. Dr lopez has treated my lumbar and cervical pain and I have been very satisfying with him. I get injections on cervical and lumbar that's how I survive most of my pain. As soon as I get relief from my pain, I say I love my dr. I'm just so relieve from being in pain constantly.
