Excellent doctor. Listens to patient concerns. Love the practice.
Arrived 45 minutes early as a new patient. Waited 1 hour after my appt time and got called to window. Told I had to pay $152.00 BEFORE they would make a chart so I could see the Doctor. Then told I still had quite a few patients ahead of me and could not give me an estimate of further wait. I guess once they take your money they figure you will sit there forever. I called my PCP and informed them of this sorry excuse for a medical practice so he doesn't refer any other patients to them
I would totally recommend this provider to anyone suffering pain. He is pleasant to talk to, takes his time explaining procedures and cause of pain, and cares about his patients. The only downfall is the front office staff. They have no experience in customer service at all.
This man came in, chastising me about my condition. He said I had scoliosis and RA. Then later, he said that I didn't even have arthritis...that nothing was wrong with me! I told him that he had just told me that I have RA (which my rheumatologist had also confirmed). He said, "Oh yes. You do. But you don't have rheumatoid arthritis." What, pray tell, is RA then?! Even my rheumatologist would now like to know. Then he starts berating me for refusing to go to hydrotherapy, never offered.
Iam a medical professional. Always taking care of others needs before mine. From 18 yrs of lifting, moving and assisting ppl to full recovery,i hurt my back. I couldnt walk without excruciating pain. I have a pacemaker as well so diagnosis was difficult. I was treated by the best orthopedic in texas and nothing could be done due to my other health.A grim Look towards disability,Dr.Lopez helped me back to work at what i do best full time.
Excellent Dr. and staff, He diagnosed my problem and immediately took care of my pain.
I have been going to dr Lopez's for my pain management for over 5 yrs and I have always been treated with the most respect he understands my pain Just so you will know I have neck, back hip, shoulder and knee problems because of him I can function without pain. Other Drs just wanted to dope me up or tell me it was in my head. Dr Lopez always listens I don't know what went wrong with the others but I have nothing but praise and respect for him
I would put half a star if I could. He is very unprofessional, unethical, and all about making money. He is suppose to be a pain doctor, but refuses to look at the patients charts. This doctor has no clue about pain management. If you are looking for a great doctor, then Do Not make an appointment with this doctor. His ego takes over. I won't even get started on the staff. They were so scared of losing their jobs, so they kept quiet when I asked them any questions.
After Obamacare passed: I had to switch all my doctors. My appt. date; I waited for almost 3 hours. Finally, Dr. Lopez came in to greet me. He seemed nice at first, then he quickly started defaming the characters of my prior doctors and told me that they mis-diagnosed me, that I was completely healthy, and that I was too young to be in any type of pain. Keep in mind this is the first time I've ever met this doctor. He wrote me a script for narcotics, which contradicted everything he was stating.
