Cleaning appointment - greeting The hygienist Michelle was good but I am not happy with the greeting I had as I walked in to my appointment at 9 am today. There was nobody and I was asked if I was helped at 9:08. I was asked if I want an exam or fluoride treatment and I said no because it would delay my next meeting. A minute before Michelle saw me at the lobby standing and said she will be right with me. I went into the room around 9:12. I am seriously thinking about moving to another location. Thanks.
