My appointment for a cleaning and exam went really well. Everyone was kind and courteous and on time. I didn't like going to the dentist until I started going to Smiles. I don't get any unnecessary treatments or lectures. They help me feel relaxed and cared for. I also like watching the nature movies while getting my teeth cleaned.

I really loved my visit with Dr. Chan. All of the dental hygienists were very nice, however there was one lady who took my picture that was kind of rude to my hygienist and then was slightly condescending when giving me instructions for pictures of my teeth. However the ladies at the front seemed very busy. I felt a bit uncomfortable because the lady seemed to be very impatient while I was trying to figure out my dental insurance information.
