This is probably my fifth time visiting Smiles, and they are a top ranked provider for a reason! The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful (I had a number of questions, ranging from the type of cleaning equipment used to teeth whitening, and the hygienist and dentist were both very knowledgeable). I had to wait 15 minutes (which is incredibly rare - they're always on-time), but was given a Starbucks gift card for my inconvenience (as well as the option to reschedule)... wow, talk about customer service!
