Going Here 7+ years TLDR; Highly recommend going here if you don't like going to the dentist, world class patient care. This has to be one of the best dentistries in the bay area. I use to hate going to the dentist. But over the last 7 years Smile Dental Care has changed my mind. The whole staff is friendly. They remind me of my appointments in text and call. Notably warm, efficient customer service! Kind receptionists and thorough, informative dentists who are ready to answer any questions. They all seem to genuinely care about patient satisfaction and give realistic, helpful recommendations. Such a positive experience- I barely knew I was at the dentist.

I normally hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Chan made the experience almost painless (literally!) The staff are welcoming and calming, and I can see myself (finally) going to the dentist regularly!

I had a new hygienist today, Keely (sorry if I'm not spelling your name right); she was a pleasure to meet and get acquainted with and my cleaning was pain free. She explained what she saw in my mouth and what she was doing, so it was very stress-free for me. I liked her so much that I asked for her for my next cleaning. As always, Dr Chou came in to check everything out and I am pleased with the results of my visit.
