Had my teeth cleaned today. They are so good and answered all my questions and I had quite a few today. They are very kind so I never dread coming here and always feel they do a great job on my teeth..
I had a crown fall off my tooth and called the office. They were able to get me in within a half hour's time and Dr Chou fixed the problem for me with no complications. I really appreciate how helpful and prompt the entire staff is in taking care of their patients.
I will recommend Dr. Chan to anyone that will listen. I have an aversion to dentists in general but it was time to ‘get it over with.’ Dr. Chan was calming, caring and listened without rushing me through my concerns. I am actually looking forward to working through my dental difficulties with her and her very pleasant staff.
Tbh, I haven’t seen a dentist in years. Avoided it like the plague despite numerous pushes from the gf to “just use your insurance already.” I knew it wasn’t gonna be a great visit (teeth wise) but the staff front the front to the assist to dr chan herself made the visit comfortable and relaxing. Billing/tx planner was also super helpful and generous with her time as well. Six stars if possible!
Dr. J. Janice Chou did an awesome job; she was very kind, attentive and competent and did a thorough cleaning. It was a great first visit. The staff was super responsive by email / text, efficient with paperwork and very friendly. I’ve never enjoyed a dentist appointment more. Would highly recommend Smiles Dental Care!
Michelle is a very professional dental hygienist who has a unique ability to put patients quickly at ease as she is very gentle while still giving you a thorough teeth cleaning. She explains everything that she is doing which is always reassuring. In addition, she establishes a friendly rapport right away with you. I always look forward to my visits with her. My doctor was out on maturnity leave and the doctor covering for her was just as polite and patient as she. I currently live in Fremont and I don’t mind continuing to receive my dental health here. Everyone is pleasant from the time you enter the door and until you exit.

Highly recommend Smiles Dental, after years of searching for the perfect dentist, I've have found them!!! Located in Mountain View on El Camino. Cant Express how much I appreciate them!
