It was my first visit. I loved that i was able to schedule everything promptly using internet, including the necessary paperwork. Christina helped me a lot and provided the feedback in seconds. It was very convenient. Everyone was friendly on-site. The doctor and the nurse explained in detail whatever was needed and patiently answered all the questions I had. My toddle was with me there and she enjoyed this experience, too.
The staff at Smiles Dental, from the receptionists, hygienists, to the Doctors, are outstanding. They do a thorough job while explaining every step of the procedures.
My experience here was very good! The staff and doctors were very polite and friendly, made sure to give me all the information, and did not try to rush me at all! Would definitely recommend! :)
It was my first visit to Smiles and Dr. Hall and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I was very impressed in how the my teeth were examined and their condition was reviewed with me. I also found the staff explained procedures well and provided excellent care. I highly recommend this dental practice.

As usual I was helped on time and professionally I am very satisfied after 30 years being a patient with Dr.Hall it only gets better and better.
I always appreciate that I know what to expect at Smiles. The cleaning went well, per usual. I had a new, very friendly tech and she was very gentle, yet thorough. X-rays were a breeze. Dr. Chou is always great! All in all, another great visit.
Took me many years to find a dentist as wonderful as Dr. Hall! I hope he never retires!
