Originally gave them a not so nice review. Well, I’m giving them 5 stars. While I wasn’t pleased with the delivery window, the flower bouquet was absolutely beautiful. I would happily pay for their flowers any day and will be sure to recommend Loose Leaf to everyone I know.
Loose Leaf was so accommodating for what l envisioned, and it wasn't on their website. A beautiful arrangement was delivered at the door, perfectly intact, for my Mom's birthday. They even delivered at the exact time I said she would be there. It absolutely made her day! I definitely recommend them and will be a customer going forward.
Mandy does the most beautiful, creative arrangements. She is such a wonderful person to work with on events, large, small or just a beautiful arrangement for that special person. You will never be disappointed. Support local and support family owned businesses.
Recently attended an event the flowers on the tables were so beautiful great attention to color scheme and it was very impressive! Wonderful job!
Ordered a large arrangement multiple days in advance. Asked my friends to stay available to receive the delivery from 12pm to 6:30pm as specified in the order details. The delivery never came. When I sent an email requesting a partial refund for the missed delivery date they just canceled the order and gave a full refund. Brilliant business strategy 🙌🏼🙌🏼 also the phone number doesn’t do anything but ask you to visit the website.
