This post is a long story but completely worth the read and information shared. I took my dog to the Lookout Valley Vet last Friday April 3rd at 8:30am for a routine spay and this is where my horror story begins. They called me at around 12 and said she did great and I could pick her up around 2:30 or 3, I show up at 2:30 with my 10 year old daughter to pick up her best friend after surgery. Wonderful service. They treated my dog like he was their own. Sarah was so lovely, Dr. Bolton was amazing. Everyone listened to my concerns without judgment and were very straightforward and professional while being extremely friendly. Extremely kind, caring, compassionate, and educated staff.
