This place saved me 630$ yesterday. Last year we went through Jahnke to maintain our air conditioner and I remember thinking that it was a very fast appointment and they seemed more concerned with selling us a new one. Jeff was very thorough and said it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. After cleaning and adding coolant our system is working amazing! Thanks Jeff! My wife and I were the very lucky and blessed recipients of the grand prize in the Man Cave Makeover Contest. So my opinion may not be the most objective when it comes to giving Long's a 5 Star rating. We had Long's come out to rescue us in the middle of a 'homeowner attempted fix' at our parents Condo. They were professional, understanding and listened to what we wanted - they didn't try to up-sell us on things we didn't want - and made really knowledgable recommendations and explained how our really old system works. They replaced some components and got things working, and gave us a quote for improving the system for the future.
