Thanks for the new Daiken system. I was impressed from beginning to end with their knowledge and professionalism. The install was like clockwork. Our home is nice a cozy warm tonight.
We love Long's! While recovering from knee replacement surgery in the cold of winter, our furnace died. Terminally, we discovered. We put out a plea for help with many of the heating companies in the area. Not only did the Long's estimate come in low, but they understood my need for heat NOW. They installed out new unit the very same day they gave us their estimate. The crew worked unil 8:00 pm to accomplish the task. Long's is an excellent compny of kind, skilled, and very compassionate people.

I had Russ and Josh out to inspect my heating/ac system that was no longer working. After 8 hours of compd service time, thoroughly inspecting my system (2,800 sq ft house) that was only 1 year old, though installed incorrectly from Company X, we determined a new Daiken system would be the best route. I was impressed from beginning to end with their knowledge, integrity, and professionalism. They now also have my annual service contract, and I would definitely work with them again.
