I wish I could give a rating less than 1 star but since that's not possible, I'll take what I can get I guess. I have had nothing but issues since being affiliated with brookwood Apartments here in *******. When I moved in January 2021, I was told I was unable to have a tour of the apartment I'd be living in due to covid and was advised to look at the pictures online and I could see what I was being rented. All I saw online were photos of upgraded units but **** did not even tell me "upgraded models" were an option at all. I... read more

My wife and I broke our lease for multiple reasons that violate their lease agreement and they refuse to accept our break. They say we skiped and will not let us even take the added carport off. They are trying to take as much money from us as they can and refused to work with us or even talk to us now. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't rent from them ever again and I recommend anyone else steer clear.

To be honest I cannot stand living here. First, I have been told by maintenance that they cannot come to my apartment because they are short staffed. Then, I have had problems with my door and the ability to lock it. Finally, I have issues with my dishwasher not cleaning dishes.

If I could rate this company a zero I would. I have lived at creekside at Taylor square for 8 years now. The community used to be a wonderful place to live when it was owned by another company. Everything was taken care of I’m reasonable timing. Now with Monarch the community has went downhill. Downspouts are laying around, fences are busted, trash is laying everywhere. It’s truly an embarrassment to live here anymore. I have contacted the office for months regarding issues I’ve had with my apartment and community. They cont... read more

Work orders do get closed out in the event that there is a duplicate submitted, therefore leaving one work order for our team work off of. The current ownership of Columbus Park Apartments (Monarch Investments) is ridiculous. Their response to maintenance requests is VERY UNSATISFACTORY. I once had a request for a replacement of a blind. It was never responded to until several weeks later. That response had taken so long that I had forgotten about it when the maintenance person did show up to replace it. They own Seasons on Chelsea in KY. They decided from Colorado, that my complaints of excessive noise from upstairs were not legitimate. These apartments are over priced for the value. 1st month I moved in raw sewage leak in apt below me. 3 months to fix sliding glass doors that were letting in outside air/bugs from the outside. No handle on inside or out, still no handle inside. The upstairs tenant flooded their bathroom, it leaked into mine. This has caused the floor to squeak and creak every time they walk. This property is very poorly managed. It has terrible maintenance and is NOT well kept. They allow people to move in that smoke marijuana and are felons. They current manager is very unprofessional and has threatened tenants. Not a good place to live.

This company owns Fairways at Lowry in Aurora Colorado. -Staff members are not professional, from the front desk agents to the maintenance techs they tall to tenants how they like. Close requests without contact the tenant let alone do the work . -office is 3/10 decorated so you can expect much for the units -Bathrooms in the office have no paper towels almost always no running water , no hand sanitzer -Mailboxes 7/10 of them are broken leaving the tenants open to identity theft -Elevators are always broken -Gym is gross hol... read more
