Leila my property manager was super helpful throughout my whole process! Additionally I really REALLY can't emphasize how helpful it was to have everything done over a portal digitally. Any maintenance requests or rent payments were all processed on an easy to use online portal that I really liked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in DC especially first timers like me.
