RecommendedI really enjoyed my first massage with you all! Owen did a really nice job and helped to ease tension in my left shoulder. Something I've noticed in taking yoga and Barre3 is that I often think I am fully relaxed until the instructor reminds us to release our shoulders, drop our tongue from the roof of our mouths. Owen noticed that I was a little tense on one side, so something I'm going to continue to focus on is to scan my body and release tension. I appreciated the calm atmosphere.
We always enjoy our time at Longevity.All of the therapists are well trained and with the wonderful spa surroundings it is easy to relax and feel refreshed afterwards.The steam showers are wonderful!We have been visiting for several years,not as often as we'd like,as we live 40 minutes away!
Went today for my first time and I am definitely coming back! Jenny was wonderful and really listened to my needs. I left feeling relaxed and feeling better! Staff is very friendly!
I live out of town and have a membership at Massage Envy, they were all booked here in town a couple years ago when I was visiting family in Knoxville...so my sister who lives here suggested Longevity and I loved it. The robes and sandals are great...and the place is classy, but most impressive was my masseuse (Ellie). She works way harder than any masseuse I've ever had, and is a true asset to Longevity. My girlfriend and I had a great experience celebrating Mother’s Day for her with a couples massage. We definitely will revisit if we are in town again. Best massage she has ever had she said and I agree as well. The facilities were great. The steam shower was a great way to relax after our massage.
