I absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE. The service is wonderful friendly & respectful to their clients. I never once had a bad encounter from them. They definitely care about making their clients happy & THANK YOU MAI FOR THIS BOMB FULL SET you definitely know what you are doing -fast, good quality & gentle is what I love I am looking forward to going back to you for more new sets to come thank you! Bad customer service. They file your nails to the point where it's super thin and hurt. The nail filer they use is so harsh to your natural nails. Not good. Do not go here!! Save your money and time.
Terrible. I was late to my appointment and still waited an additional 20minutes. Long is rude and a liar. I asked for a full set and showed a photo of what I wanted and he told me he didn’t have any clear tips. They were sitting right next to me though, he just didn’t want to fix his mistake. Then I asked to change my design but he said he couldn’t do it but it was only black nail polish and matte nail polish. I would rather sweep sand at the beach than go there again.
At first I was excited they acted like they knew what I wanted then disappointed end up looked nothing like the picture I showed worst of all they don’t take accountability I paid for service not asking for anything free just wanted them to acknowledge and they were rude ignored me and when I called to explain they hang up just go somewhere else :( try Bella nail up Bst!
Nails looked nothing like the picture. There is a hair in my nails. Charged full for unsatisfactory work. Very unprofessional workers. Never coming here again.
